Why create a course?

After years of working with clients who had similar questions about what they should be eating, frustration with all the misinformation that is out there and really needing to find a way to make changes work with their busy lifestyles, I decided that a course could be a good way to package this information for many other people out there.

Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing in the state of Maryland with over 15 years of expeirience. Stephanie specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating as well as diabetes management and other nutrition-related diagnoses.
