I'm a registered dietitian nutritionist who has helped hundreds of people over the last 15 years stop binge eating, overeating and emotional eating.

I started dieting when I was only 15 years old creating a terrible relationship with food and my body. In fact, this is what led me down the path to becoming a dietitian.
